Weekly curbside garbage collection is provided to single family homes in the Central Okanagan with the exception of homes on First Nation’s Land (WFN and Duck Lake Reserve). Residents in condominiums and apartments will have garbage collected through a private waste hauler and should contact their landlord or strata council for further information.

Residents near Trader's Cove and along North Westside Road use waste transfer stations for disposal.
If your garbage wasn’t picked up on your collection day, contact OK Environmental Waste Systems at 250-868-3211.
For missed collection due to snow events, please leave your carts at the curb and the waste hauler will pick it up as soon as possible.

Haul extra garbage to the Glenmore Landfill or Westside Residential Disposal and Recycling Centre
