You have the following payment options:
1. Pay through your bank or financial institution Online or By Phone
The Regional District is registered with most financial institutions in B.C. for electronic banking online and telephone banking. Please search for our biller name using CENTRAL OKANAGAN when you are online or on the phone with your bank or financial institution.
2. Pay Online on our Website using Visa or MasterCard
For account information and online payments of your utility account using Visa or MasterCard, you can access our Virtual District Office. You will need your account number and access code that is printed on your utility bill in order to access your account information on our secure website.
3. Payment by Mail
When paying by mail, write the account number of your Regional District utility bill on the cheque or money order and make payable to "Regional District of Central Okanagan". Please accept the cancelled cheque as your receipt. Address envelope to:

4. Direct Withdrawal
We can arrange an automatic withdrawal directly from your bank account on the due date of your Regional District utility bill. To arrange these services, please download and complete our pre-authorized payment form. The completed form can be sent to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, fax at (250) 763-0606, or be dropped off in person at 1450 K.L.O. Road, Kelowna. Please be sure to include a voided cheque with your application. If you have any further questions, you can also contact the Utilities Department at 250-469-6239 or email us at email@example.com.
5. Payment in Person
Payment in person for Regional District utility invoices can be made at:

Any Chartered Bank or Financial Institution Instant-Teller Machine Service
Note: The utility bill must be presented at the time of payment.
Late Payment Fee
A four per cent (4%) late payment penalty (compounded quarterly at 16.99% per year) will be assessed on all outstanding balances not paid by the due date. This includes customers of the six water systems operated by the Regional District; customers of the sewer system that services the Sunset Ranch strata communities, and those receiving garbage and recycling services from the RDCO.
Please note that any utility accounts that are not paid by December 15th will be transferred to Property Taxes in the next succeeding year as taxes in arrears.
