Westside Steps Out!
Did you know that by taking 10,000 steps per day, you can walk or hike yourself to health? How many steps are you taking now?
If you are interested in making strides to getting healthy, try out this new program where you can build up to 10,000 steps per day. After only 100 days of walking 10,000 steps you will have reached one million steps.
We’ll provide you with all the
tools and information you’ll
need to hike to health. When you
register you’ll receive a
pedometer that counts your
steps, a logbook and access via
the 'Steps Out' website to
useful information.
The Westside and Vallley
Steps Out program is now
operated at a new website:

If you have registered for the
program with Westside Parks and
Recreation please go to that
site to log your steps!
