Westside Steps Out!
Did you know that by taking 10,000 steps per day, you can walk or hike yourself
to health? How many steps are you taking now?
If you are interested in making strides to getting healthy, try out this new program
where you can build up to 10,000 steps per day. After only 100 days of walking 10,000
steps you will have reached one million steps.
We’ll provide you with all the tools and information you’ll need to hike to health.
When you register you’ll receive a pedometer that counts your steps, a logbook and
four information sessions. You’ll also have a chance to win a trip for two to Naramata
Inn and Spa.
Program cost $30 for new participants and $15 for returning participants.

Friday September 8th: Last day to log your steps and enter
the draw for prizes
Saturday September 9th: Awards ceremony and Wrap Up at 10:00
am - Phase 3 of the Mission Creek Greenway
