Reiswig
Features and Things To Do:
Reiswig is a great park for the whole family with the beach, washroom facilities,
and field activities. A small natural area with mature poplar trees also provides
habitat for the waterfowl and birds of prey like the osprey nesting in their canopy.
General Information:
Reiswig Regional Park is 2.7 hectares with a swimming beach, a picnic area and field
area with a running track. The park is also adjacent to Beasley Park, which is operated
by the District of Lake Country. Reiswig is open year round during daylight hours.
Dogs, overnight camping, open fires and smoking are not permitted in the park.
Please help keep our parks clean, take out what you brought in.
Regional Parks Interpretive Programs are available by donation for school and community
groups who would like to learn about our local environment and cultural history.
Directions:
Woodsdale Road in Winfield, Lake Country. From Highway 97 driving north, turn right
on Woodsdale Road at the last traffic light in Winfield. The park is on the left
side of the road.
