Evely Forest Recreation Site

The Evely Forest Recreation Site is one of two campgrounds owned by the Ministry of Forests and operated by the Regional District.

Features:

  • 34 un-serviced RV and tenting sites right on Okanagan Lake
  • Each site contains a fire pit and picnic table and is fully shaded by mature trees
  • Campers must be self-contained and bring their own water (outhouses are provided)
  • Short walking trails
  • A small boat launch
  • A swimming beach perfect for picnicking and lying in the sun

General Information:

Dogs must be kept on a leash within park boundaries and owners should clean up after their pets. Pets are not permitted on the beach.

The campground is open from May long weekend until Thanksgiving long weekend and there is a camp host on site to collect camping fees and supervise the site. Firewood can be purchased from the camp host.

As per Provincial regulations camp fees are $10 per night / seniors and handicapped passes are $5. You can camp on a first come, first serve basis. There are no reservations.

Located on Westside Road past Fintry Provincial Park. Turn right into campground at the Bouleau Lake Road intersection.
