Kaloya
Kaloya Regional Park is 3.7 hectares. The park provides a great place for your family in the summer months to swim, boat, picnic, and take a short but picturesque walk around the peninsula.
There are many shady areas, spots on the beaches for sunbathers
and swimmers and lots of grass and benches too!

Things To Do:
Families come out for an evening picnic, take the boat out on a summers day or play with the kids on the beach. The area is great habitat for waterfowl and supports Grebes during breeding season in the spring and summer. Bring your binoculars and enjoy the birdwatching!
There are many benches throughout the park for those who wish to
relax and take in the fantastic scenery and views of Lake
Country and Kalamalka Lake.
The scenery at the park is so beautiful that
many couples chose to get married here. The gazebo and view of lake
provide a striking backdrop for ceremonies and celebrations. As with
many Regional Parks, special events such as weddings, family
reunions and other large gatherings can be booked by calling the Regional
Parks office for a permit.
Regional Parks Interpretive Programs are available by donation for school and community groups who
would like to learn about our local environment and cultural history.
General Information:
Dogs, overnight camping, open fires and smoking are not permitted. The park is open in spring, summer, and fall during daylight hours.
The parking area is closed during the winter.
Help protect park vegetation by using only
designated trails. Leave only footprints and take only
pictures.
Directions:
Take Highway 97
north, turn right onto Oyama Road and turn left onto Trask Road.
The park entrance and large parking lot is at the end of the road.
