Zoning and Land Use Bylaws
Regional District of Central Okanagan Bylaw No. 871 and 730 are designed to regulate
the permitted uses associated with specific zones within the Regional District.
Such uses include Commercial, Residential, Multiple Family Residential, Industrial
and Park Spaces. These bylaws in general, apply to the uses of all lands, buildings,
structures and the surface of water as outlined in zoning maps, which form a part
of these bylaws.
Zoning and land use bylaws are developed by the
Planning Department and are enforced by complaint. They apply only
to the Central Okanagan
West and Central Okanagan East (formerly Ellison/Joe Rich) Electoral
Areas of the Regional District.
