For information regarding your utility bill you can access the information on-line
through our Virtual District
Office. You will need your account number and your PIN number that is printed
on your utility bill to access your account information.
You can also contact us by phone at (250) 469-6239, by email at
finance@cord.bc.ca, or in person at our office located at 1450 K.L.O. Road,
Kelowna, BC.
Calls or concerns about water service should be directed to the Regional
District Engineering Services Department. During regular office hours, Monday
to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, please call 250-469-6241. If you have an emergency
outside those hours or on a statutory holiday, please call (250) 868-5299 or (250) 469-6299 and leave
a message. One of our staff will contact you as soon as possible to get the
details and discuss your water service problem.
Payment Options
Regional District
Invoice payments can be made by cash, cheque, money order, Visa, Mastercard,
or debit card. (Please note that not all methods of payments are available at all
locations). You may pay on-line, by
mail, by telephone, by direct withdrawal,
or in person.
1. Pay On-line
The Regional District is registered with most financial institutions in B.C. for
electronic banking on-line. Following is a list of the banks and the name under

2. Payment by Mail
When paying by mail, write the account number of your
Regional District utility bill on the cheque
or money order and make payable to "Regional District of Central Okanagan". Please
accept the cancelled cheque as your receipt. Address envelope to:

3. Payment by Telephone
You can pay Regional
District utility bills by using a touch-tone phone with telebanking. This service
is available 24 hours a day. Please contact your chartered bank or financial institution
for more information. We do not accept credit or debit card payments by phone at
our offices.
4. Direct Withdrawal
We can arrange an automatic withdrawal directly from your bank account on the due
date of your
Regional District utility bill. To arrange these services, please download and complete
our
pre-authorized payment form. The completed form can be sent to
us at finance@cord.bc.ca, fax at (250) 763-0606,
or be dropped off in person at 1450 K.L.O. Road, Kelowna. Please be sure to
include a voided cheque with your application. If you have any further
