Regional Rescue
The Regional District of Central Okanagan, City of Kelowna, District of Peachland, District of Lake Country
and District of West
Kelowna cooperate in the delivery of rescue services through
the Regional Rescue program.
Regional rescue provides for sharing of expensive resources such as equipment, staff,
and training between the various Fire, Police and Ambulance services throughout
the Regional District.

Our program is aligned with the Provincial Emergency Program (PEP) and coordinates
groups such as Search and Rescue, Emergency
Support Services (ESS) and Amateur Radio. For
