Description:

• Fourth of seven construction projects, which will provide sewer to the Lakeview Heights area (Link to Presentation pdf from Public meeting)
• The area identified as Phase 2 (Thacker Road South) in the initial Sewer Servicing Strategy has been combined with Phase 5 (Montigny Road) to form the boundary for this construction project.
• Construction of sewer collection system including manholes, mains and services to property line

Current Status:

• The construction contract was awarded by the Regional Board to R355 Enterprises Ltd., on April 25, 2006.
• Construction underway as of May 15, 2006.
