Emergency Water Contacts
During regular office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), Regional District Water System customers may call our main office at 250-469-6241.  If you have an emergency outside of those regular hours, or on a statutory holiday, please call 250-868-5299 or 250-469-6299 and leave a message. One of our staff will contact you as soon as possible to get the details and discuss your water service problem.

Customers should direct Billing Inquiries to the Regional District Finance Department at 250-469-6239 or by email.
