Engineering Committee (no longer active)
With the incorporation of the Westside District Municipality in December 2007, the
Regional Board disbanded the Engineering Committee. It's work is now conducted
by the Governance and Services Committee. Link to

When it was active, the Engineering Committee was made up of 8 Directors of the
Regional Board. During 2007, Westside Director Aaron Dinwoodie was the Chair,
while Colin Day acted as Vice-Chair.
The Committee was responsible for reporting to the Regional Board on the following:
- Solid Waste Management
- Recycling
- Sewers
- Water Systems
- Drainage
- Roads
- Engineering Services
- Fire Protection
Meetings of the Engineering Committee were open to the public.
