At the Westbank Sub-Office you may:

• Pick up information about Regional District Services, such as the Recycling Directory, Regional Parks Guide and the Westside Leisure Guide
• Pay your utility bill (garbage and sewer), dog fines and dog licenses
• Purchase additional garbage tags
• Apply for and pay for a Business License

Emergency Water Contacts
During regular office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), Regional District Water System customers may call our main office at 469-6241.  If you have an emergency outside of those regular hours, or on a statutory holiday, please call 868-5299 and leave a message. One of our staff will contact you as soon as possible to get the details and discuss your water service problem.

Water Customers should direct Billing Inquiries to the Regional District Finance Department at 469-6239 or by email.
